Our own nougat has no artificial colours or flavours. The honey used comes from apiaries around Victoria.
Our new product Hazelnut and Black Cherry has real dry black cherries instead of glazed. Rather than use vanilla, we allow the flavour of nut, fruit and honey to come through. Our nougat is a great accompaniment to coffee as it melts in your mouth. Nougat is gluten free, we use wheat glucose sometimes when corn is unavailable.
